Training Requirements |
There are both authorised training centers and authorised testing centers. In order to be accepted into the CCE testing process, the applicant must have successfully completed:
- Training at the level required for this certification
- The training must be documented
- Or have at least 18 months responsible experience actually conducting forensic computer examinations
- The experience must be documented
- Or the applicant must certify that he or she has conducted valid self study in forensic computer examinations
Note
- there some training schools that advertise that they prepare you for the CCE certification. If they are not on our authorised training center list, we have no way of knowing if their course will actually prepare you for the CCE.
- Australian Forensic Services (AFS) is the only authorised training centre in Australia
