Certified individuals must recertify every 2 years. The recertification process will normally consist of an online examination and the examination of an actual media practical exercise problem and written report of examination.
Continuing education requirements:
50 hours training/education of computer training during the 2 year period. This is subject to change.
The certificant complete at least, 3 actual examinations during the 2 year period.
If either requirement above is met, there will only be a practical exercise to complete for recertification. If neither requirement is met, there will be an online examination in addition to the practical exercise.
The fee for the recertification is (AUD) $110. Please go to the fee link to register for recertification. After registering, you will receive information about waiver of the online portion of the recertification examination and how to start the process.
